At Teaching Technology, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help!
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
- In its original packaging (if applicable)
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items:
- Digital products (e-books, downloads, courses)
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final sale items
To start a return, contact us at teachingtechnologycontact@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide further instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our end (e.g., wrong or defective item sent).
Exchanges
Need a different size or item? Contact us at teachingtechnologycontact@gmail.com to arrange an exchange. If the item is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund or store credit.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please email us at teachingtechnologycontact@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund at no extra cost.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we can’t guarantee we’ll receive your returned item.
