At Teaching Technology, we strive to get your orders to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy below for details on processing times, delivery estimates, and costs.
1. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- Orders placed after 2 PM EST or on weekends will begin processing the next business day.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

3. International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping. If applicable, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates.
5. Shipping Issues & Delays
- We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, incorrect addresses, or customs processing.
- If your package is lost or delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us at [your email address] so we can assist you.
6. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or is missing items, please email us at teachingtechnologycontact@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We’ll work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
7. Address Errors & Undeliverable Packages
- Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for any reshipment costs.
